Bachelors from North Dakota State University; Nancy is the co-creator of the OptiExpress® suite and brings over 30 years of IT project and operations leadership, including 10 years in broadband. She provides the business operations, quality assurance, accounting, project
management, and legal for our team.
She has three decades of expertise with information technology. She has held technology management roles throughout her career. She focuses on project management and process definition.
MA from University of Minnesota; Glenn is the co-creator of the OptiExpress® platform and is the technical lead in the hundreds of broadband feasibility studies performed nationwide and proficient in multiple technologies including over 40 years of software engineering and applied mathematics.
He brings 10 years of broadband and decades of IT and technical knowledge to the team. He will execute broadband service mapping, cost modeling, ROI forecasting, and scenario simulation. These deliverables include address-level GIS outputs, high-level engineering designs, and financial models for the corporation.
